The opportunity to enjoy original recipes created by the chefs and apprentices of the EPMTTH school
(Paris School for the Restaurant, Tourism and Hotel business), using products on show at the exhibition selected by a professional jury.
These recipes will also be compiled in the Guide de l'Innovation (Innovation Guide).
